Since 2009, 907 Tours has provided over 18,000 happy guests with exceptional, small-group (4 – 12 guests), 1/2 - 2-full day scenic and soft-adventure guided tours from Anchorage. We’re looking for a few special people to add to our small, local team. 907 is also the recipient of TripAdvisor's Hall of Fame and Traveler's Choice Awards.

  • Enjoy a busy but low-key work culture, well-maintained, comfortable vehicles and high-quality guests.

  • Earn great pay, tips, and enjoy bonus incentives for the 2024 season (May - September)

  • Winter season extension is possible.

Ideal Candidate Personality Traits

  • Engaging, friendly, patient demeanor

  • Loves being in service to current guests.

  • Excited about sharing your enthusiasm for traveling in Alaska with 907 Tours to future potential guests via email and phone

  • Responsible, enthusiastic person with a variety of knowledge and excellent “soft skills”

  • A drive and desire to keep learning and improving is essential.

Essential Qualifications​

  • Guiding experience (1 year minimum)

  • Driving experience (up to 15-passenger vans) and a pristine driving record

  • Knowledge and enthusiasm about Southcentral Alaska, its natural and historical features

  • Comfortable using mobile technology (text, photography)

  • Comfortable asking for social media reviews from guests

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily liaison with company and owner and co-workers as needed

  • Contacting and picking up guests

  • Engaging and interacting with the guests, providing narration and informative discussion of the Southcentral region and Alaska overall

  • Capturing photos and videos of guests enjoying our tours

  • Ensuring guest safety and satisfaction from pick-up to drop-off
